Our Granite is a premium quality stone and we digitally cut your kitchen to the exact measurements from raw slab with our state-of-the-art Northwood Dual Table Water Jet Saw, one of only a handful in Northern California.

With pre-fabricated granite, the installer is forced to deal with poor limitations and quality concerns. Additionally, pre-fabricated granite is only available in 8′ slabs and 36″ islands. It is also almost entirely limited to one edge detail. At Artistic, we can cut any edge style or finish that you desire.

For everyday cleaning, avoid common household products that include bleach or ammonia, as they will damage the sealer. Instead, there are a number of products available that are made for use on natural stone. Warm, soapy water can also be used for a simple wipe-down of your counters.

Quartz countertops do not require sealers, and can be maintained by polishing occasionally with soft (non-abrasive) cleansers, or with simple soap and water. Do not use any cleaners with harsh chemicals as they will damage the stone. As quartz is a natural stone and can crack, use caution when using crockpots or other hot electrics; always place them on a board or surface on top of the counter.

Granite, quartz, marble, and tile all have advantages as surface materials. Choice comes down to the colors and patterns you prefer as well as the amount of maintenance you are comfortable with. The best material is the one that provides the look and feel that you desire!

Once you’ve chosen a stone and your project has been template, fabrication and install can take between five to seven business days.

Every countertop and project is unique. Our average job is between 40-80 square feet. However, we have the ability to work with nearly all sizes.
